We advise on all key areas of EU and Competition law, including pre- and post-merger notifications and clearances, abuse of dominance, cartels and concerted practices, unfair competition, and commercial and trading arrangements, including licensing, IP, IT, franchising, distribution and supply agreements. We also advise on State aid matters and broader EU regulatory issues, including public procurement and utilities regulation.
We have extensive experience in investigations and regulatory enquiries, acting for all key participants in competition proceedings, including complainants, undertakings and corporate groups subject to complaints, investigations or fines. Our experience includes representation in relation to interim measures, challenges to Commission decisions, appeals and damages claims before the civil courts, as well as advice on the full range of EU and Competition law issues arising in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, takeover bids and other complex transactions.
